- Implement data retention policies requiring removal of data after a specified period
- Bespoke archiving from PASS. In consultation with your team we remove:
- Client (and associated data) for dormant users
- Obsolete booking data and scheduled events
- Dry run exercise in test environment
- Reports on data to be deleted for verification purposes
- System optimisation following data purge
- Option: Two-stage inactivation before deletion
- Option: Repeat exercise annually (or train your ICT department for future iterations)
